REGENERATION RITUAL
Your oasis of absolute peace
Experience the perfect balance of heat and cold. Our Spa zone is designed to boost immunity, release stress, and provide your body with the deep rest it deserves.
DRY DETOX
Finnish Sauna
A traditional dry sauna with high temperatures (80–100°C) and low humidity. It deeply relaxes muscles, improves circulation, and promotes detoxification. To maintain our high hygiene standards, please use a towel for sitting or lying down.
- Recommended duration: 10–15 minutes.

HYDRATION & PURIFICATION
Turkish Bath)
A beneficial combination of gentle heat (40–50°C) and high humidity (90–100%) creates the perfect environment for deep skin hydration and respiratory relief. Due to high humidity, towels are optional inside, but we kindly ask you to shower before entering.
- Recommended duration: 15–20 minutes.

RAPID MUSCLE RECOVERY
Ice Bath
Extremely low water temperatures trigger powerful vasoconstriction, instantly reducing inflammation and accelerating muscle regeneration after intense training. This is the ideal method for professional athletes and anyone seeking maximum energy levels and mental clarity.
- Recommended duration: 1–3 minutes.

For maximum recovery and a healthy immune system, we recommend "contrast therapy." Always warm up your body first in the Finnish or Turkish sauna. After a quick shower, enter the ice bath for rapid cooling and improved circulation. Following a brief cold plunge, you may return to the warmth of the sauna.
It is not mandatory, but highly beneficial. The key is in gradual cooling. After leaving the sauna, we recommend a quick lukewarm shower to rinse off, followed by the ice bath. This "thermal shock" closes the pores, boosts circulation, and provides an instant surge of adrenaline and energy—the foundation of elite recovery.
It is not recommended to eat a heavy meal at least one to two hours before using the sauna or ice bath, as extreme temperatures can cause blood pressure drops or nausea during digestion. However, it is crucial to drink plenty of water before and after your session to stay hydrated and replenish lost fluids.
You will need a swimsuit, clean indoor slippers, and at least one clean towel, which is mandatory for sitting in the dry (Finnish) sauna. While towels are optional in the Turkish bath due to high humidity, showering immediately before entering any of the three zones is a rule that applies to everyone.
While this ritual is exceptionally beneficial for stress reduction, skin purification, and rapid muscle recovery, individuals with serious heart conditions, high blood pressure, or those who are pregnant should consult a physician before exposing themselves to such extreme temperatures.
To ensure an atmosphere of complete peace and relaxation for all guests, the use of mobile phones in the SPA zone is not recommended. Beyond disrupting your mental "reset," the extreme heat of the saunas, high humidity in the Turkish bath, and water in the ice bath can permanently damage your electronic devices. We advise leaving your phone safely in the locker to fully maximize your time for yourself.
