All text, service descriptions (SPA, Physiotherapy, Gym), and prices listed on this website are for informational purposes only. River Gym DOO makes every effort to ensure data accuracy but does not guarantee complete precision at all times. We reserve the right to change prices and offers without prior notice.
Reservations and Booking Confirmation
Submitting an inquiry via the website's contact form constitutes a request for an appointment, not a final booking. A reservation is considered valid only after you receive official confirmation from our staff via email, phone call, or SMS. River Gym DOO reserves the right not to respond to any inquiry deemed incomplete or inappropriate.
Free Session Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours. If you have scheduled a free trial session, you are required to cancel it at least 180 minutes before the scheduled time. Otherwise, we reserve the right to decline any future requests for free sessions.
Limitation of Liability
River Gym DOO disclaims liability for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of this website or its temporary unavailability. The site may contain third-party links or content (e.g., YouTube), for whose terms of use we are not responsible.
Club Etiquette
The use of the SPA zone, gym, and physiotherapy rooms is subject to internal club rules (use of towels, hygiene, digital detox in the SPA zone), which will be explained in detail during your first visit.
