Our gym is open Monday through Saturday from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Sundays from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
A one-time trial workout is available. Please schedule your visit in advance via the contact form on our website.
Free on-site parking is available for a limited number of members. Alternatively, public city parking is located just 65 feet away. Public parking is free on Sundays and national holidays.
Personal training is available during all working hours. You can choose a coach and arrange sessions via our website contact form or directly at the reception.
The Spa zone is included only in the Gym+Spa membership. For other members, a daily pass is 25.00 KM (≈ €13 / ≈ $14), providing unlimited one-day access to all Spa facilities.
For the gym, you need clean workout gear, indoor shoes, a towel, and water. For the Spa, a swimsuit is recommended, while a towel is mandatory for the Finnish sauna. Towels are available for rent at the reception.
